I graduated from Diploma in Information Management at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) in Kelantan, Malaysia in 2005 and was awarded the Vice Chancelor Award. I pursue my study and obtained Bachelor of Science (hons) in Information Management (Information System Management at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) at Shah Alam, Malaysia in 2007. I graduated from Master in Information Management at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) at Shah Alam, Malaysia in 2010.

I am currently a junior lecturer at the Faculty of Information Management (IM) at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Kelantan, Malaysia, specializing in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) fields. I have been in the education industry since 2007, serving as a part-time lecturer from July 2007 until May 2010, before been promoted to fulltime lecturer on June 2010. Besides UiTM, I am also teaching as a part time lecturer at Open University Malaysia (OUM) Kota Bharu. I have undergoing the Basic Skills Course for a New Lecturer (KAP) and have attended the PHD methodology courses as a preparation to pursue my PHD. Other than teaching i’m also active in research and development (RND) activities especially in term of product innovation related to software development and multimedia application. I also participate in various competition or exhibition, such as 21st International Invention, Innovation & Technology Exhibition (ITEX), 2011 Malaysia Technology Expo (MTE), Invention, Innovation, & Design Competition (IID), and Program Pembangunan Sains & Teknologi Negeri Kelantan (PPST).

In term of academia contribution, i’ve attended and presented two papers in an international exhibition; 2010 Conference on Science & Social Research (CSSR 2010)  and International Conference on Intelligent Network & Computing (ICINC 2010). Both paper has been indexed by IEEE Xplore. Futhermore i also producing a module for IT Maintenance & Support Service course, HTML Quick Steps Module: HTML, CSS & JavaScript for HTML courses, and PHP for Beginners.

It has been my lifelong dream to pursue the PHD. Other than personal satisfaction, it also contributing to my career development as a lecturer. Four years experience as a lecturer in UiTM Kelantan has certainly improve my knowledge and experience in the application of computation in many fields. I also conducted project supervision for practical student in those research areas. Besides my main responsibility, I also accomplished some research independently or in a team and currently had already have two research project with the UiTM Research Manageemnt Center (RMC) also known as Research Management Institute (RMI).

My studies in the field of information management and information system management  not only provide me strong background and research experience in social science but also in its application in many fields. I have the utmost interest in the fields of information security, information security governance, cyberlaw, business and security management, e-commerce,  software development, and networking. I have completed many project in those fields independently or within a group of researcher.

I believe with these educational values that I possess, pursuing a PhD will add more to it and expose me more to new areas, findings and put into practice what I have learnt so far.
